We created “Project Foresee” whose overall objective is:
“Providing specialized and independent advisory services and retirement provision businesses and their employees, in order to efficiently plan pension both entrepreneurial decisions and staff”
FORESEE incorporates a vision of development of the Peruvian labor market, depending on the economic and productive structure of the country; the gradual maturing of pension systems, improvement or better access to resources or welfare conditions that are facing current and future generations.
It is a multidisciplinary initiative (legal, financial, psychological), and includes comprehensive training in retirement planning, as customized for such planning as the adoption of strategies and investment decisions advice.
